The camp will be in beautiful La Ventana, a couple hour drive from the Cabo airport (SJD).
All classes and performances will take places at Baja Joe’s! There is lots of space for learning and jamming and its right on the water! Food and bev will be available for purchase every day.

I would recommend reading the instructor information, and assessing your skill level before making a decision. This year Lucas’ and Zander’s classes will be more advanced than Sam’s, but they will all be great!
It’s recommended to start with a more beginner class if this is your first camp

Baja Bluegrass camp does not have designated housing or camping for the camp. There are lots of places to stay in La Ventana as well as nearby in El Sargento. All camp events will take place at Baja Joes, so staying nearby would be convenient. Baja Joes has some rooms available for campers, roughly 100 USD/night, please reach out via email if you would like to reserve one.

For our first year we are charging 500 USD per student. If cost is prohibitive to your attendance please reach out to info@bajabluegrass.com as we have very limited scholarship options available on a case by case basis.

Bluegrass camps can bring people together and keep the tradition and spirit of the music alive. We hope that people not only improve as musicians, but gain a deeper appreciation for the music and all the people who have contributed to it over the years. If you leave camp with a renewed sense of inspiration, than we have done our job.
